Pure Violet… a secondary color that blends the warmth of red with the cool of blue. Associated with luxury, opulance and nobility. The color of royalty confined in Ancient Rome to the imperial robes. Leonardo da Vinci claimed it greatly inhanced meditaton as it streamed through the stained glass church windows and Richard Wagner surrounded himself with this color when he was composing his operas…watch for it in my Fall/Winter 2011 Collection…be inspired!
